AmEuro SA serves all of South America and Central America too. The most beautiful country is Brazil. The Andes and the Amazon River are the highlights of this region. South America is the latest region for AmEuro to fly to.

Some of the best places for pilots to visit are:
  • SBSP - Sao Paolo, Brazil. If you've never flown into or out of Congonhas airport it is a shame. It has to be one of the most nerve wracking airports to land at. Why? Only because the runway is just long enough for the aircraft it handles and, oh yeah, it sits on a plateau in the middle of the largest city in South America. No water surrounding you here. If you overrun, you are landing on a highway or in someone's back yard.
  • SCEL - Santiago, Chile. This has to be the most beautiful airport to land at in the world regardless of the approach direction. There are mountains on all sides but the approach from the east is the best.
  • SEQU - Quito, Ecuador. Another beautiful moutain approach but with the added problems of high altitude landing and departures.
  • SBRJ - Rio De Janiero, Brazil. This airport supports a runway that is too small for the aircraft it handles so you cannot depart from here with a fully loaded B737 or A320. This airport is in downtown Rio and each approach has it's own vistas to checkout including the Christ the Redeemer statue.
For a real white knuckle trip depart from SBRJ and land at SBSP in a B737-700 or A320. Select your airport below to see the routes available.
